Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Oracle mobile application (the "Service") operated by Nielogiczny Karol Labuda ("us", "we", or "our").

Oracle AI does not require user accounts. To provide our AI analysis and chat features, content you submit (screenshots and chat messages) is sent to our secure servers for processing. This data is processed in real-time by our AI and is NOT stored on our servers after processing is complete. All your saved data, such as analysis results and chat history, is stored exclusively on your local device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data beyond the temporary processing needed for AI functionality.
Your privacy is paramount. Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information on how we process your data, our commitment to not storing your content on our servers, and the local-only storage of your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nielogiczny and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Poland and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nielogiczny.
Our Service allows you to submit content, such as screenshots and chat messages ("User Content"), for AI analysis. You retain all rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Nielogiczny a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the AI-powered analysis and advice within the app. This license terminates automatically when the processing is complete, as we do not store your User Content on our servers.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since all your persistent data is stored locally on your device, it will remain accessible to you unless you choose to uninstall the application.
The Oracle AI Service provides analysis and advice for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the AI's interpretation of screenshots and responses to chat messages may not always be correct, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. The advice provided by Oracle AI is NOT professional psychological, medical, legal, or relationship advice. Always consult with a qualified professional for any specific concerns or critical decisions. Nielogiczny makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or advice provided by the AI. Your reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.
In no event shall Nielogiczny, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any reliance on the AI-generated advice.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
