- User — anyone who downloads or uses the App.
- Store — the app store (Google Play / App Store) distributing the App.
2. General provisions
Installing or using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
The App is a supportive informational tool and does not replace medical advice or a personalized nutrition plan.
3. Feature scope
- Setting and visualizing fasting and eating windows.
- Optional system reminders before each window starts or ends (requires notification permission).
- Notes and fasting history stored locally on your device.
- No accounts, no login, no server-side synchronization.
4. Technical requirements
- A device with a supported Android or iOS version and enough local storage.
- Internet is needed only for downloading the App and receiving updates from the store.
- Notifications work only if you grant permission in the system settings.
5. User obligations
- Use the App responsibly, considering your health condition and medical advice.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, minors, and people with chronic conditions or eating disorders should consult a doctor before fasting.
- You are responsible for configuring schedules, managing notifications, and keeping your device secure.
6. License
We grant a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. Reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing the App in ways that violate law or these Terms is prohibited.
7. Liability
- The App does not guarantee specific health results or weight loss.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences of using the App contrary to medical guidance.
- Users cover their own data transmission costs and are responsible for their device’s proper functioning.
8. Privacy
We do not store user data on servers. Everything referenced by the Privacy Policy remains local to your device.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms for legal or functional reasons. The latest version is published in the App and on this page; continued use means you accept the changes.
