Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MP4toMP3 mobile application (the "Service") operated by Nielogiczny ("us", "we", or "our").

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Since all your persistent data is stored locally on your device, it will remain accessible to you unless you choose to uninstall the application.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nielogiczny makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or functionality included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
In no event shall Nielogiczny, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
