Sun Position Heliora (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is designed with privacy first. We calculate sun position, sunrise and sunset times on-device. We do not build profiles, and we do not sell data.

Data We Process

• Location — Used to compute the sun position, sunrise/sunset, golden hour and blue hour. Location access is optional and controlled by you. Location data is processed on-device and not transmitted to our servers.
• Notifications — If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. No notification data is sent to us.
• Saved Locations & Preferences — Favorite places and settings are stored locally on your device to improve your experience.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No name, email or account information (no sign-in).
• No analytics or advertising identifiers.
• No precise usage logs that identify you.

Crash Reports & Diagnostics

If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple, we may receive anonymous crash data through Apple’s systems. This information does not include personal data and is used solely to improve stability.

Third Parties

The App does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Maps displayed in the App are provided by Apple Maps on-device under Apple’s terms.

Your Choices

• Location — Grant or revoke permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
• Notifications — Manage in iOS Settings > Notifications.
• Data Removal — Because we do not keep cloud copies, deleting the App removes local data.

Children

Sun Position Heliora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

International Users & GDPR

We do not act as a controller of personal data because the App processes data on-device only. If you contact us via email, we will process your message to respond and then delete it when no longer needed.
