These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sun Position Heliora (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store Terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how the App processes data (primarily on-device).

User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• You are responsible for maintaining your device and system permissions (e.g., location and notifications).
• The App provides informational timing (sunrise/sunset, golden/blue hour) and is not a substitute for professional or safety-critical systems.

Content & Intellectual Property

The App, its design and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

Purchases & Billing

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple. Any refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. Prices may change; any change will apply to future purchases or renewals.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sun position calculations may vary due to device time, location accuracy, and atmospheric conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Local mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
